    Our Management

A Glimpse Into The Konkan Muslim Education Society, the apex body of the college. A few enlightened visionaries established, the Konkan Muslim Education Society in 1927 to fulfill their desire of providing quality education to children, especially in a mofussal and backward area like Bhiwandi, where the rate of illiteracy was very high and was dominated by the Power-loom workers, who lived a hand to mouth existence and could not afford to send their children to school. The K.M.E. Society made its entry in the field of education in 1927, by starting an Anglo-Urdu High School. Now the society has grown vastly with two Primary Schools, seven full fledged High Schools, two Junior Colleges two Technical and Vocational Schools, a Computer Centre, a multi-faculty Degree College and a Women's Hostel. The overall students strength is 12000 (Twelve Thousand) with 40% of female students.

We pay homage to our respected founder secretary of the K.M.E. Society Mr. Gulam Murtuza Fakih who dedicated his life to promote Education in Bhiwandi.

    Born on 18.07.1914.
